Suspicious visitor

I didn't found a better place to post this.
Check out the url this visitor tried to see (attachment below).
Is is normal, for a guest (Ripe could not resolve ip) to see such a url?

P.s Post was intended to go at VB3.5 troubleshooting forums.

Second visitor, different ip, different move in the board, but adds the same url, some tool.gif image.... is someone try to hack my board?
