"Currently Active Users" showing incorrect data

    Unfortunately there is no way to fix this without modifying the code. Some ISPs (like AOL) use multiple IPs for the same user. Also search engines tend to have multiple bots visiting your forums at the same time.

    "Currently Active Users" showing incorrect data

    I noticed today there were 160+ people viewing my forums. This seemed odd because the highest previous to today was 40 something.

    I've checked it all day and it got to 197 and has leveled off at 140'ish.

    I knew this didn't look right so I started clicking on the members names to see where they were and it shows some last activity a cpl of hours past the present time and some at the current time.

    So there really aren't 140+ people viewing the forum.. any way to fix this to reflect the correct number of active users?
