How do I allow more text/images per thread?

Hello,
How do I allow more text/images per thread? Right now, it only allows like 5 images per thread, and very few characters in each thread. How can I make the limit much higher? Thanks

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Maximum Images Per Post/Signature

and

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Maximum Characters Per Post
