... Change the Database Error Message?

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

I'd quite like to change that bit of the error message, so that instead of "Technical Staff" it says "trained monkeys" but I can't find it in the phrases anywhere.

It's not in phrases it's in the file, includes/database_error_page.html
