I have been getting complaints from people about "flood" emails when they get their registration code notice from the site.
(I had 600 bounce-backs in my inbox this morning for <membername>, who obviously used an invalid email address. This account was set back to unregistered, but the Flood of emails in this instance is horrible.)
It only happens on some. Like AOL users, or ones that I manually send to.
Most people, if they enter there codes right at signup, like I have it set to, get right in.
It's the ones that have to get them via email that this seems to happen to.
ver 3.0.6
no hacks and very little customizations.
Is anyone aware of something like this?
Thanks
John
