having probs with "example.com/install/install/php"

Help!

I've uploaded all the files and my host does support php, etc as it has recenlty been upgraded, but whenever I try to install it comes up with a blank "error 404 not found" page

What is going wrong?

PS: I am using dreamweaver but the ftp does seem to work correctly so I have to manually upload EACH file on Plesk. I have created a new database in plesk also for the forum, and also a new folder named "forum" in the htdocs file (which stores all general web pages. Not sure if this helps in any way...

I suggest to use FlashFXP to upload files, or another ftp client. 404 means that the files are not in the correct location (not found file)
