Okay, I installed the vbulletin package, but didn't rename the "upload" file... I just did and it seems to be working - but a quick question - is there something I have to edit in the admin panel when I do this?

Okay, I take that back... the admin panel doesn't seem to be working. How can i fix this?

I'm confused what you're asking. But I'm assuming you installed the forums in a directory then later decided to rename the folder/location. I don't believe the forum will stop working because of this. But you should consider updating the URL of your forum in /admincp/ -> vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name/URL/Contact Details (3rd from the top on the list), edit that to reflect the necessary changes you have made.
