Logo Question (Yes I searched)

I searched quite a few times but couldn't find it. I need to change the top logo from:

http://www.website.com/forum/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif

to:

http://www.website.com/banner.php

The second one is the same banner image I use on the main site, it allows a new image to show up every time the page is reloaded.

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Click on go > Image PAths > Title Image path.
