identified corrupted threads after wrong MySQL

A couple months suffered we have had a host that used the wrong MySQL. Now we have a new host, but we have a lot of corrupted threads.
How can I identified the corrupted threads, I hope not that I must search for al the threads, we have a lot threads hehehe.

I've never seen that before. Have you tried repairing your db?

Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

Steve thank for your help, I have already done a repairing but nothing help.
The problems started by means of this http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=148363 topic.
I have no more problems on the new host, but i want all corrupted threads gone gladly.
