  • Logging out not working

It just seems to do nothing, and I've tried it on few pc's so it is definitely the board, also other members can't log out.

    Any ideas guys?

Reset your cookie domain and path and timeout, and check the cookie prefix in the config.php file.

    Revert the navbar template.

    Close all open browsers.

Manually delete the cookie from your hard drive and open one browser again, login again and see if you can now logout properly.

      Hi Floris,

Cookie domain is blank, as is the path well it just has "/" and timeout is currently set at 900 seconds, 15 minutes basically.

Can you explain more when you say "check the cookie prefix in the config.php file." and "Revert the navbar template."

      Thanks.

This is almost certainly a problem with a customized template. Try this. Create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Then change to this style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

If you do, empty your browser cache, close all browser windows and try again.
