If you look at the post date it says "Wed 26th Oct '05 6:16am" - it's nearly 5 years old i'm not suprised.

To be honest, I am not 100% because I could not find a legend for the icons somewhere. But i think the grey ones are from users who's reputation points don't count yet because they don't have enough reputation power points themselves.

started a topic Red, Gray, and Green Reputation Boxes

Red, Gray, and Green Reputation Boxes

    One of my members asked:
What do the gray squares in my ''Latest Reputation Received'' mean? Almost half of mine have the original asker's name and positive comments, but a gray square rather the green expected? I might also point out several of the ones with red squares and negative comments, that if you go back to the original thread, the asker posted a positive comment without rating me. If I am giving answers that help people, why are only 7 of my 26 ratings green?

There is quite a bit of speculation about this on the one thread Explanation of Rep Power,
http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/forum/...50477#post50477 Nobody seems to have an explanation.
Would you tell me what the green, gray, and red squares denote? I think that green denotes a comment by someone with positive rep, gray a comment by someone with 0 rep, and red a comment by someone with negative rep. Is this what it denotes?

    Thanks.
