Fixing broken email subject line

Hi, when an underage user puts in their parents email and that email is autosent, it arrives at the parents email with this subject line:

Re: 's account at Wizards.COMmunity Boards

From searching in phrases, I find that:

Varname $vbphrase[parentcoppa]
Text $username's account at $vboptions[bbtitle]

Is this the appropriate phrase to crrect and if so, what should I replace such that the username is correctly inserted into the subject line to the parent?

That's the correct phrase. I just tested this out on my unhacked 3.0.9 test forum and the email subject was fine.

Subject: coppa test's account at vB3 Test Forums
