"Last Five Forum Topics" in a phpinclude?

UbbThreads had a phpinclude that would show the last # of posts in a forum. Is there a similar php include for vBulletin?

(for the people really interested: I'm trying to display the last five posts on a static content page on a joomla/mambo installation and it precludes me from using rss or java)

vB3 uses RSS to do that. Since you can't use RSS, you will need some kind of custom script. That would be a www.vbulletin.org question.
