Avatar size after conversion

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, did a search but didn't find anything relevent.
I recently upgrade a forum from phpbb to 3.0
I was able to import everything, but now the avatars are too large. Since I have over 1000 users I don't want to just remove their avatars and telling them to change their avatar will take a while. So I wanted to manually put in code to limit the avatar size.
I already got it set in the template for threads and user profile. I can't find what template to edit so that the memberlist avatars are sized down as well. Anyone know what template holds the avatar img link?
