Can You Do This?

Hello. I want a completetly different screen to appear when the forums are closed. Is it possible to have a re-directed page appear instead of the usual "sorry we are closed for maintenece screen". Could some code or something be instered in the box where you can change the text thats displayed in the Admin Control Panel > VBulliten Options > Turn Your VBulliten On and Off ?
