How do I turn off, "Report Bad Post"?
Also How Do I make it so that my boards are not shown to guests, until they login in / register.

There is no option in the admincp that I remember to turn it on/off. You have to edit the templates in all your styles to manually remove the code.

You can edit the usergroup 'unregistered' and set the permission to can view forums to 'no'.
