Cannot load the forum after login.

some of the members cannot load the forum after login...


but I can load the forum after i clear those cookie, I have tired changed the config.php cookie prefix and tools.php , but still got the same problems

and I CAN login the forum after clear the cookie, but I cannot submit new thread after login...
after I restart my IE, I cannot load the forum again until I clear the cookie

The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

I have tired to reupload all the file again, but I cannot even add the new style to my forums.. while I click the new style button, I got dns error pages again. I cannot load into that pages...

what's going on of my forum?

If you have not installed any hacks (which includes portals), fill out a support ticket at:

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP.
