Troubel with 3.0.8

I have done the upgrade, and it went well.
But my members have a lot of problem.
They get error message and the forum freeze when they are trying to post long message.
And they get error when they are trying to send PM.

Any ideas?

Probably best to post the fix so others can benefit.

BTW- I had users complaining that they couldn't log in after installing the 2 patch files. I ended up doing a full clean install and it's OK now. On another board of mine I also had someone unable to log in. Since it was only one I told him to delete his cookies. Haven't heard back. All the problems seem to be browser related issues.
