About the global phrases...

I am wondering how you can find out every instance that a particular phrase will be displayed within the whole vBulliten system?

For instance, the never phrase - i want to find out if the only place it appears is in the Last Post column while viewing any forum with 0 posts in it.

To find all instances, search the templates:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Search in Templates

...and the files themselves. You will need a special program to do this. I don't know of any off hand.

It looks like the Windows "Find" feature can search inside of text files.
