how can i remove ( View my private msgs ) form the Control Panel ? ( w/ screen shot )

check the screen shot please .. if there's any way to remove this from the datebase or anything ? my other admin installed this hack .

That hack is likely just a few file mods. Uploading the original PHP files will probably remove it. To be sure, you should contact the hack author.
