Odd customer issue with smilies

Hi,

I have one customer that is having issue with the smilies that appear on the side (for responses next to post text). His ability to use the smilies completely dropped off of his page when he logs in...but he can manually type in smilies.

Any thoughts?
He is using Mozilla for a browser.
His account looks ok from the Admin CP. The only change to his account recently was I made a change to his title.

An interesting problem simply because none of my other customers has the same issue.

Try logging in as this user to see if you have the same problem. If you don't, then the cause is somewhere on their end. It's impossible to know exactly what it is but some possibilites are: browsers, browser settings, Internet and security settings, ISP and/or cache issues, firewalls, ad-blockers, and any other application that affects Internet content.
