Registration Completion E-mail Link is Incorrect

When a new user receives their email with the registration completion link, the link is:

http://clev14.com/~churchbo/register.php?a=act&u=2&i=52930251

when it should actually be:

http://clev14.com/~churchbo/vbulletin/register.php?a=act&u=2&i=52930251

How do I correct this?

AdminCP->vBulletin Options

Under the entry for URL, make sure it has the full url to your forums, and not the root of your site.
