Error with subscribing?

I got an e-mail today from a person trying to subscribe to the forum... This is what she said.

"...I realize I'm not supposed to write you here for a question and I apologize in advance but the forum will not accept my email for some reason. It gives me an error message."

Any Ideas what she could be talking about? Thanks!

Where is he trying to enter his email address? What is the error?

I know it is not enough info, but I assume she is having a problem with the registration and it just wont accept her e-mail...

I'll try to get more info.
