  • Desperate Help Needed!!!

I have a database backup from a version 2. of vbulletin.

I have a version of vbulletin 3. that I would like to import that database to.

Can someone please help? A PM would be great. Ive got 300+ people counting on me here.

    Thanks,

    FST

Import the database backup to an empty database (see: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/m...ce_ssh_restore)

Use ImpEx (which you can download in the members area) to import everything into your vB 3 database.

Does that mean you have further questions or something isn't clear?
Feel free to ask if that's the case .

You can ask your host or try using phpmyadmin, allthough it's a bit less reliable:

You can post in the Service Requests forum at www.vbulletin.org

Make sure to read the sticky threads at the top of the forum when deciding on a coder.

They do, but vBulletin.org is generally the place to ask, a lot of the same people are there as well.

It is against the forum rules to solicit services, paid or otherwise. As Colin has stated if you want assistance you shoud post your request over at vBulletin.org.
