    Any specific questions?

    That thread gives you code that you can use to evaluate the output of a file to a variable that you can use in the templates. So instead of copying and pasting that output to the header and footer, you can assign that output to variables and then use those variables in the header and footer.

    could you elaborate a bit more?

    should i put the file into one php file... cuz on mywebsite php files load into the grey table.

    and where should i install the vb, in the same directory as my website?

    Edit the header and footer templates:

    Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Common Templates (in the menu)

    All HTML layout before the content area should go in the header. All layout after the content area should go in the footer.
