First, what does this mean exactly:

I did work just fine until I upgraded from 3.5.1 to ver 3.5.2, (which still shows in the admincp and site as 3.5.1 but in the database in the config.php as 3.5.2)

Second this error means that you did not complete the upgrade correctly.
