    Set up a new usergroup and make sure no PM's is selected, then simply move them into that usergroup.

    Or, you could do this...

    Create a new usergroup based on the permissions of the usergroup most of your users belong to. Let's call it "No PM" group.

    Then set the Maximum Stored Messages: to zero. This prevents them from using the PM system.

    Whenever a user gets out of line with the PM system, just slap their happy *** into the No PM group.

    how do I ban a single member from sending Private Messages. i can find an option to stop them receiveing them but not to stop them sending them
