Okay, I created a forum, edited permissions for who can use it, everybody else I set to "All No"

My "All No" users still see an increase in "New Posts" when somebody posts in it.

Some way I can fix that?

Assuming you haven't installed any hacks, then this is a permissions setting problem. Double check all the usergroup permissions for that forum. And remember that when someone is in two or more usergroups, a 'Yes' permissions always overrides a 'No' one.

        Both:

Okay, I'll double check, this use is in two groups, reg users and donors.

I did the "All No" thing on both, but maybe she's in another.

Never hurts to have a second look.

All no would set peoples posts to be moderated, further more, if your talking about a hack like the new posts since last visit, it would be true.
