2 questions.. default post count & pm limits

i cant find where to change the default number of post per page.

i also cant find where you set the limits for peoples pm inbox.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Thread Display Options (showthread) -> Maximum Displayed Posts Before Page Split

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup (in the menu) -> Maximum Stored Messages
