    If you want it centered, change it your code from
    HTML Code:
    <br />
    <a href="http://www.EthanAllenOwners.com" target="_blank"><img src="images/smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif" alt="EthanAllenOwners Website" border="0" /></a>
    <br />
    to
    HTML Code:
    <div align="center" style="margin:10px">
    <a href="http://www.EthanAllenOwners.com" target="_blank"><img src="images/smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif" alt="EthanAllenOwners Website" border="0" /></a>
    </div>

    Wow thanks to both of you!

    It is in the area just not centered up. It put it to the left like this www.foodforumusa.com

    <br />
    <a href="http://www.EthanAllenOwners.com" target="_blank"><img src="images/smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif" alt="EthanAllenOwners Website" border="0" /></a>
    <br />

    in the center where the black area is
    If you mean like you have in the attached image, then open in the "Navigation / Breadcrumb Templates" group the navbar template and find:
    Code:
    <!-- / nav buttons bar -->

    <br />
    <br />
    and put the code that Kier said between the two <br /> that you see there.

    Thanks it is close!

    I added it in but it is to the right of my main logo now. Can it be under
    the main area in that blank black area in my first post?
    Cool though it does work.

    Here is how it looks www.FoodForumUSA.com

    <!-- logo -->
    <a name="top"></a>
    <table border="0" width="$stylevar[outertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
    <tr>
    <td align="center"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>
    <td align="$stylevar[right]">
    <a href="http://www.EthanAllenOwners.com" target="_blank"><img src="images/smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif" alt="EthanAllenOwners Website" border="0" /></a>

    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    <!-- /logo -->
    <!-- content table -->
    $spacer_open
    $_phpinclude_output

    Take the code that starts

    &nbsp;
    <!--
    NEW HEADER...

    and ends

    navigation elements.
    -->

    and replace it with this:

    <a href="http://my.friends.website" target="_blank"><img src="images/smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif" alt="Visit My Friend's Website" border="0" /></a>

    You will then need to upload the smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif image to the 'images' directory of your forums, and alter the text I've marked in red to suit your needs.

    started a topic Adding a button that links to another website.

    Adding a button that links to another website.

    I want to add a simple banner with one link to another website usng a banner in the center where the black area is.

    this is what my header file currently looks like. I loaded the jpg of the button to the misc image files location just like the default vbulletin logo location. Is there an easy way to get my logo in that black area and link it to my other website. I named the logo I want to use smallvbulletin3_logo_white.gif . I am sorry if this is a dumb question but I am new to this stuff.

    From what I understand I have to write some sort of code to put into the NEW HEADER &amp; part right? I don't know html.

    <!-- logo -->
    <a name="top"></a>
    <table border="0" width="$stylevar[outertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
    <tr>
    <td align="center"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>
    <td align="$stylevar[right]">
    &nbsp;
    <!--
    NEW HEADER &amp; NAVBAR

    Now that the nav buttons are in the
    navbar template, you can stick whatever
    you like into this space.
    This makes it much easier for novice
    admins to customize their header
    template without affecting important
    navigation elements.
    -->
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    <!-- /logo -->
    <!-- content table -->
    $spacer_open
    $_phpinclude_output

    All help is greatly appreciated!
