Change coppa age

I run a game type site which naturally attract young people. As I would like my site to be seen to be protective of peoples information and of the people who use the site, I would like to increase the coppa type registration thing so that people who are under 16 are required to provide their parents e-mail address. Is it a simple change to the coppa settings to do this?
