There is no script to convert from vB3 to vB2. For help converting vB3 to another BB system, you will need to contact the makers of those systems. For obvious reason, we do not make such scripts.

Well heck, isn't an owned license $169 (once)?

Each year, I ask my members for donations to pay the ISP fees for the upcoming year. I have just over 3000 members, and raise a bunch of $'s in a week. Surely this guy's members can collectively cough up $169....

Dennis, he has stated he does not have the money to continue on, as he is on a leased license.

Dude, please explain *why* you want to change. What are the issues with vB3x that you don't like? Maybe we can help vB3 work for your members.

IPB still costs money, and you'd need to ask them, not us.

You don't, ontop of that you'd still have to pay for vBulletin, a license is a license regardless of which version you are going to use,
