The Installer runs as a PHP script using your web browser. To start the installation process, open your browser and type the HTTP address of your forums directory, followed by /install/install.php, then hit the <Enter> key or press the [Go] button to open the script.

It's basically a /install/install.php appended to your forum's url
As we don't know what the exact url to your forums is we can't provide you with much more information

You can also find links to your tickets on the contact us form page in the members area so you can track their statusits below the contact form.
