Planned spam/hacker attack and img-tags

These people are planning an attack on our site, and discuss how to do it.
What is the img-tags all about?

close registration for a few days, that out to deter them, second contact blizzard, they won't let anyone use their forums for such a thing realisticly

I got a confirmation email from blizzard, not that it means anything but someone will look into it.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Allow Dynamic URL for [IMG] Tags -> No
