Forum Layout Help

vBulletin,

Started laying out my board and for the life of me I can't figure out how to make forum categories. For example on vBulletin's main forum page http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/index.php? above each forum you see a description of the forums below. Example: vBulletin Announcements and Discussions - 2 forums under it; vBulletin Sales - 1 forum under it. I'm sure this question is really newbie, but I just can't seem to figure it out. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks guys!

A category is created exactly the same way as a regular forum. But you set "Can post to forum" to NO.

In "Forum Manager" set "Act as Forum (Will act as category if no)" to NO.
