  • New to it all!!

I am new to all of this programming stuff. I built a computer to host my website. Per vbulletin I downloaded PHP, and MySQL. I also downloaded Apache. Is there anything else I am going to need to get vbulletin up and running??

Also since I don't really know the language of these programs, I bought a few books, can anyone tell my how hard for a newbie would the process to set up all the programs to run together would be?

I would really like to accomplish this myself, but do to time constraints would it be more feaselbe to let the pro's do it??

If so, in laimans terms what info would I need to get to let the pro's do it??

Once MySQL, PHP, and Apache are installed and configured, then vBulletin will work fine. If you need help configuring your server, then I recommend you post in the Server Configuration forum.
