Suggestions to fix single user problem

This might be the wrong catagory for this, if so SORRY!

My board is working awesome for everyone but 1 user. I'm pretty sure isn't something on her end, but I need to be able to tell her how to fix it. She's kind of an important member

Whenever she tries to quote someone the quote tags show, when she tried to change the font face or color it shows the tags not the color. Not just for her but for everyone.

She has a problem with the VBChat also..so I was thinking maybe she doesn't have the latest java version or something?

Any ideas?

Tell her to try posting on the forums using another browser or another editor - standard editor instead of the wysiwyg
