Hi there,
This sounds like the cpstyles/ folder wasn't uploaded 100%, or that the images were also uploaded in ASCII, or that the .xml files were not uploaded and/or imported 100%.
Upload the .xml files again and overwrite the ones already on the ftp and make sure it is done 100% , then upload tools.php from the do not upload/ folder from the .zip and run it, then select to import the style .xml again. Which should fix it.

1. The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
2. Run this script to restore your datastore table:

We need to see the real error message. Right-click on the error page and go to View/Source. Then copy-n-paste the error message here.

Are you using table prefixes?
N/M, that shouldn't matter. If you have not installed any hacks (which includes portals), fill out a support ticket at:

Just a side note: Make sure to remove the tools.php that Floris suggested after you are finished with it.Want to take your board beyond the standard vBulletin features?

Information in the config.php can not give you this behaviour i think. It must be something in your webserver setup that is redirecting. I also see that the screenprint you posted, contain httpS address and a port instead of just a plain http.Want to take your board beyond the standard vBulletin features?
