Where could be the problem?
The apache service is working properly, along with the mysqld service.

This is a server and/or DNS issue. You need to contact your host about this. It happens on http://www.pspain.com/ too.

I think is not a DNS problem because you can view http://www.pspain.com/Untitled-1.htm
The 'Cannot find server' error only happen in vbulletin related pages
http://www.pspain.com/foro (better if you go to http://www.pspain.com/foro/admincp/ and try to log)
My hosting service says all is working, the problem must be on the bulletin....

Not true. Earlier the http://www.pspain.com/ was also producing the 'Cannot find server' error. Nonetheless this is still a server issue and it needs to be fixed on the server level - whatever the cause.

The DNS is ok, PHP is running and MySQL and apache are up!

The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

If you still have this problem, then this is a server issue and needs to be fixed on the server level.
