usergroup and secondary usergroup

i have some questions regarding usergroup below.

UserGroup A can access only forum section A
UserGroup B can access only forum section B & C


User A has main usergroup A and secondary usergroup B.
- User A can access all A, B & C section ?

User B has main usergroup B and secondary usergroup A.
- User B can access all A, B & C section ?

both user A and B have all the same abilities as each other ?

Usergroups don't have secondary usergroups, users do.

The answer is yes, they will both have the same permissions.
