Top Logo/graphics. How do you make it larger?

just trying to see if I could load my graphics on top where the Vbulletin logo is.

I want to have it so it'll have a link bar as well.

I'm familiar with all adobe products, but just having links put on is one of those things that I can't seem to figure it out.

any help will be great.

You can edit the header template to add any graphics you want.
