Copying account from one server to another ! Some files are missing

Dear vbulletin team !

I hope you all are in the best of your spiritual and physical health. We have tried to copy our web forum's account from dedicated server to VPS but some of the files are missing. Can you please tell us that which is the best way to move a large database from one server to another?

Use either ssh or bigdump....
