    Moderator??

    How can i give one of my moderators a permission to edit and delete threads ONLY in one forum section. I want him to be moderating FBZ tracker record Forum NOT the whole forums... I want to limited his moderation to one forum section.

    Yes, just make him a Moderator of that forum only.

          Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Add Moderator (in the menus on the right)
