Thanks, but thats not entirely what I meant. I want it to read like in the description here at the vbulletin.com forums where it says, for example:
"
vBulletin Announcements (13 Viewing)
Find out the latest news about vBulletin here
Sub-Forums:Jelsoft eBulletin Archives"
That sub forums link is what I'm looking for.

Steve is correct.
On the forum home page, any forums that are beyond the "Depth of Forums - Forum Home" depth, but that are within the "Depth of Sub-Forums" depth (beyond the first depth setting) are shown as subforum links. For example, with these settings:
Depth of Forums - Forum Home = 2
Depth of Sub-Forums = 1
...and this forum tree:
cat1
- - forum 1
- - forum 2
- - - - subforum 1
- - - - subforum 2
- - - - - - subsubforum 1
- - forum 3
...the red forums will be shown as full forums. The blue forums will be shown as subforum links. The green forum will not be shown because it is beyond the maximum depth.
