Hi, I've done some searching around the forums and people say to upload the original file in ASCII mode. Well I've done that and I still get the error.

Make sure you have uploaded all the original vbulletin files from the version you have installed in ascii transfer mode (except images) and that they override the files already on the server (not resume or skip them) and are 100%.

Also, try to run this file: perhaps it fixes things
