Changing My Password

Okay,My Boards are now up and running but I have 2 things to ask,both about passwords-

1/How do I change my control panel without mucking up the forum?

2/How do I change my member's area without using that long username and password code?

1, what exactly do you want to change in the control panel (the admincp, the modcp, or the usercp?)

2, You can not login to the members.vbulletin.com site without entering your customer details .. for obvious reasons.
