Is the new post editor built in house or is an opensource solution used?

I would like to use it in another part of my website also, that's why I'm asking.

If it isn't opensource, does anyone know a good alternative? I don't need something like FCKeditor, I want it as simple as the editor here.

    Thanks!

Yes, the vBulletin WSYWYG and the standard js editor were both built in house.

Do you know of any solution that is equally simple as the one you use now yet just as featureful and based on BBcode? Or I don't suppose I can just reuse the VB code in another part of my website, can I?

      Thanks

Sorry, you cannot use the vB code elsewhere.
