  • BB Code Error

One of my custom usergroups on a forum I help with cannot use BB code despite it being enabled on the forum globally and it being enabled in the forums it self.

We have got no clue why it is affecting just one usergroup and have tryed to fix this problem but it is still not working.

There are no BB Code permissions by usergroup. Have you installed any hacks (including portals) or added any code to the footer, headinclude, header or phpinclude templates?

I believe a small disclaimer has been added in the footer template.

The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Then change to this style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?
