  • Restricting certain usergroups from seeing certain bbcode tags

Eg. [code], [php] etc. as well as custom tags.
Where is the option to set this ?

There is no function to do this on a usergroup basis. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

Hi Steve, meaning to say anyone can view all bbcode tags ?
Including ones like [code] [php] and such ?

Sorry, I don't understand your last post. Your original post asked if you can do this on a usergroup level, and I already answered that you can't - at least not without hacking.

Oh, cos I see on many vbulletin boards I visit, non-registered members cannot view stuff in [code] tags, [php] tags and so on. I had thought this is a default feature of vbulletin and if so, where can i change it to only allow registered to view it ?

          Sorry for the confusion

Yes, and next to that, restricting certain usergroups from using certain bbcode tags would be very handy also. This is suggested already before.
