  • questions: logos, logo area background, nav background

    I want to use just plain text for my logo. Where do I change it?

    And, I want to change the logo strip/row to black. I couldn't find how to do this.

    And how do I change the color background of the navigation row (user cp, FAQ, Member List, calendar, etc).

    Thank you.

    Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Common Templates (in the menu) -> header

    Replace the red code with your text:

    Code:
    <!-- logo -->
    <a name="top"></a>
    <table border="0" width="$stylevar[outertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
    <tr>
    	<td align="$stylevar[left]"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>
    	<td align="$stylevar[right]">
    		&nbsp;
    <!--
      NEW HEADER &amp; NAVBAR

      Now that the nav buttons are in the
      navbar template, you can stick whatever
      you like into this space.

      template without affecting important
      navigation elements.
    -->
    	</td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    <!-- /logo -->

    <!-- content table -->
    $spacer_open

    $_phpinclude_output

    Same template, add the blue code:

    Code:
    <!-- logo -->
    <a name="top"></a>
    <table style="background: #000000;" border="0" width="$stylevar[outertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
    <tr>
    	<td align="$stylevar[left]"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>
    	<td align="$stylevar[right]">
    		&nbsp;
    <!--
